Information stored by the Stageplot builder
The current Stageplot builder works in your browser. Band details, stage layouts, input lists and uploaded logos are stored using your browser's local storage so that you can return to your work on the same device. This information is not sent to a Stageplot account or database by the current version of the service.
Email feature
When you choose Email Rider, Stageplot opens a mailto link in your configured email application. Stageplot does not send the email itself and does not receive the email contents.
Advertising and cookies
Stageplot may introduce third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. Advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies where permitted. Where consent is legally required, advertising will be configured with an appropriate consent management process before those technologies are activated.
Server and hosting data
The site is hosted using third-party infrastructure. Hosting providers may process standard technical information such as IP addresses, request timestamps and browser information for security, reliability and delivery of the service.
Your choices
You can clear locally stored Stageplot data using the New Rider function and by clearing your browser's site data. Cookie and advertising choices will be available through the consent controls used when advertising is enabled.

This policy is a practical starter for the current client-side site and should be reviewed whenever analytics, accounts, cloud storage, payments or advertising providers are added.
